Licences and licence keys are delivered electronically after payment review, usually within one business day.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your licence has not been activated. Once a licence key has been issued or activated, the purchase is non-refundable.

Duplicate charges or clear billing errors are refunded in full after verification.
